The "Taygetes" apartment was named after Greek mythology. Taygetes was one of the Pleiades, the daughters of Atlas and Poleonis. According to tradition, Taygetes was the wife of Lacedaimon and their children were Imeros and Evrotas. It is considered that she was originally the local deity of the Taygetos mountain and belonged to the Artemis goddess, with which she is often mentioned.
Continuing the tour of the apartment, "Taygetes" is located in the outside courtyard of the guesthouse, nearby the entrance and is surrounded by other apartments and a fragrant garden. It is a 45 sq. m. two-storied apartment and the two rooms are connected through an internal wooden semicircular staircase. On the ground floor there are two spaces, the living room, which includes a two-seater sofa bed, and a kitchen.
On the upper floor there is the guest double bed and the bathroom. A safe box is provided for the above-mentioned apartment, both for the storage of personal items and also for the placement of guests' money. In the "Taygetes", an extra bed can be added on the ground floor, which means that up to 4 people can be accommodated, while a playpen can be added to it, too.
